guess who's potty trained!!!

Ava's been potty trained for over a week now (so I finally feel safe to post)! She has done extremely well with it and loves to show everyone her 'big girl panties'!!!!!!!

strawberry field trip

maya had a school field trip last week that ava and i accompanied her on. we went up to a local farm to pick some strawberries- suprisingly, only the girls from her class showed up! here are a few picks from the great day....

what a crazy month! the girls and i went to hilton head with nanny and pop-pop for almost a week and jeremy was able to spend the last part of the trip with us. it was so great to watch the girls gain more confidence in the water (even though it was a little cool for most people). thankfully, nanny doesn't seem to care about water temps. we visited a great park and the girls got to play some mini-golf with jeremy.

we also celebrated mothers day, our anniversary, and jeremy's birthday this month. we had some special visitors come to town for memorial day weekend- uncle brian and auntie marissa (aka uncle b and auntie rissa). it was so great to see them and the girls loved every second of their time with them.

hope you are all ready for summer! it's supposed to be in the 90s here all week!
