Ava rides!

She saved and saved and saved....

Ava asked how she could earn money to buy Maya a birthday present (so sweet). She emptied garbages, made her bed and vacuumed. For weeks! She earned all of her money and bought Maya's present today :)

Heaven

I keep thinking of this adorable thing that Maya said yesterday and I had to share...

We were driving to basketball practice around 5pm and the sun is setting. The clouds have this pink-ish luster to them. Maya gazes out the window with her hand up to her face and says, "That cloud over there must be heaven.....I have always dreamed that heaven would be pink. Pink everything. I'm positive that cloud is heaven." :)

Big steps!

In the past few days, Lola has started cereal and playing in the exersaucer! She seems to love all these big girl things!! :)

Lola's baptism

Lola was baptized at Saint Francis today. It was a wonderful ceremony and we all enjoyed watching Lola get submerged in holy water!! She was very brave :)

ava is a great big sister!

she is always a big helper (except for today when she woke up lola from her nap) and loves to play with her baby sister!
